Would you like to request the deletion of your personal data? Here's how:

Send a short message to support@rightflow.de and include the details we need to identify you — for example the phone number and/or email address you were contacted on.

We will confirm receipt of your request and process it without undue delay.

Important note: rightflow provides the software to law firms and processes your data as a processor on behalf of the respective law firm. The party responsible for deletion is the law firm that contacted you. We forward your request to the responsible law firm and/or carry out the deletion on its instructions. Please note that statutory retention periods (in particular Section 50 BRAO for lawyers' case files) may prevent immediate deletion.
